Meet eMindful’s New CEO, Mary Pigatti, Former Livongo Executive

eMindful, a seasoned leader in the behavioral health and well-being industry today announced the appointment of Mary Pigatti as Chief Executive Officer. The company offers proven mindfulness programs to help individuals and teams optimize their emotional health and lead happier, healthier and more productive lives.

Pigatti brings more than 25 years of experience in successfully leading organizational growth, innovation and investments for digital health and performance solutions companies. Prior to joining eMindful, she served as Chief Executive Officer of Retrofit, Inc., a leading provider of personalized, weight-management and disease-prevention programs, and in 2018, led the company through a successful acquisition by Livongo Health, Inc.

Throughout her career, Pigatti’s top priority has been employee and client happiness. Previously, Pigatti held leadership roles at United Health Group’s Optum division, Johnson & Johnson’s Wellness & Prevention business, Ceridian, and Limeade. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
