Refund Policy
We are confident you will find our classes enjoyable and beneficial. However, we do understand there are times when you may need to drop a course. Our refund policy is to provide a full refund, less 15% to cover registration, credit card, and processing fees, for requests made prior to the second class in a course series (for courses that meet more than once). Course fees will not be refunded after the second class begins, however, you may have a credit to take the class at a future time that works for your schedule. Please request the credit at the time you request to be dropped from a class.
To request a refund, please send an email to info@emindful.com, indicating your name, the name of the class, reason for the refund, and a phone number where you can be reached in case of questions. To reduce fees, we will send you a refund check if you provide us with your mailing address. You may also have your refund credited to the credit card used for payment of the course for an additional fee of 5%.
There may be occasions when a class is canceled or postponed due to insufficient interest for that course scheduled at that particular time. In this case, eMindful will endeavor to move you to a course that is scheduled at a different time or offer you a full refund.
