Live (real-time) Mindfulness Meditation Practice

There is no cost to attend this live online Mindfulness Meditation practice which starts daily at 8 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time and ends at 8:45 a.m.  You may join anytime, even in the middle of the session, for you entrance will not be disruptive.   Our Mindfulness Meditation guides are Jennifer Davis, Matthew Daniell, Arnold Kozak, and Doug Worthen.   Please go to our About Us page to read more about our online teachers!

Accessing the Online Mindfulness Meditation:

  • Please click on the following link: emindful.webex.com
  • Click on the Join link just to right of Mindfulness Meditation.
  • Enter your name, email address, and finally your password, which is 'mindful' (case sensitive)
  • Please be patient as the online classroom is connected A Join Integrated VoIP box will appear. Please choose Yes.
  • You will be prompted to choose your personal VoIP option, choose either speakers or headsets depending on your available equipment.  It is not required to have a computer headset.  Speakers will work fine.
  • You may be prompted to go through a short Audio Wizard.  Please be patient and follow the instructions as they appear on your screen.

If you are unable to join us for any reason, we invite you to access one of our recorded sessions at your convenience.  Click on the following link and enter the password:
