Guided Daily Mindfulness Practice
The Guided Daily Mindfulness Practice provides access to eMindful’s expert instructors and support for practicing mindfulness. Many find a group setting is useful in facilitating a daily practice.
During this 30-minute period, participants will be guided in anchoring their awareness to the breath.
Why Guided Mindfulness Practice?
Mindfulness practice has two basic components: learning to be fully present in the current moment and accepting thoughts and sensations for just what they are: an ever changing kaleidoscope and a natural part of life.
Practicing mindfulness has been demonstrated to have many benefits:
