eMindful presents Yoga for Wellness

This 5,000-year-old physical discipline is a whole-body workout, using movements in ways our bodies are designed to move. The benefits of a regular yoga practice include increased strength, flexibility, balance and stamina; improved circulation, digestion, respiration and regulation of blood pressure; relief from insomnia, chronic tension and stress; and a strengthened immune system. Yoga also promotes mental clarity, concentration and focus.

Yoga renews, revitalizes and energizes our bodies and our lives! You don't need a flexible body to practice yoga, just a flexible mind.

eMindful's yoga program is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Classes are held each morning, Monday - Saturday, 9 am -10 am and Sunday, 11:30am - 12:30pm Eastern Time.  All classes are recorded and the previous 7-days classes are available to you 24-hour per day!

Yoga Posture Flow Class ~ All Levels of Yoga experience

Monday - Friday , 9 - 10am Eastern Time and Sunday, 11:30am - 12:30pm Eastern Time, live-online with the previous seven classes available through password-protected podcasts.

These 60-minute classes presented by certified instructors will include clear instruction in breathing technique, warm-up and posture flow and relaxation.

New yoga students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students will be encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures.

The last 5-10 minutes of class will be open to student/teacher interaction, question and answer and feedback via our online classroom's chat feature.

Yoga Relaxation

Saturday, 9 - 10am Eastern Time, live-online with the previous class available through a password-protected podcast.

This class presents Yoga Nidra, the yogic approach to deep relaxation and transformation. Known as the "deep sleep of the yogis," this guided class is a scientifically proven form of meditation that takes students into the deepest levels of relaxation while remaining fully aware.

Through a series of simple yet powerful tension and relaxation techniques, Yoga Relaxation reactivates the body's innate healing properties. Benefits include:

  • prevention premature aging
  • increased resistance to disease

  • reduced high blood pressure
