Our Courses

eMindful offers a variety of courses in complementary medicine and personal growth. All classes are offered in eMindful's virtual classroom where you can see, hear, and interact with a live, expert teacher as well as other class participants.

eMindful has recently added new classes:

• Mindful Eating for Bariatric Patients - developed in collaboration with Duke Integrative Medicine's mindful eating researchers
• Mindful Awarness Program for ADHD - taught and co-developed by Lidia Zylowska, M.D., a mindfulness researcher at UCLA
• Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention - for substance abuse and addiction taught by Lisa Dale Miller, MFT
• Body Imagery – Ending Obesity and Eating Disorders - the mission is to help men and women achieve a healthier, more mindful relationship with their bodies and with food. Taught by Alysa Zalma, M.D.   

eMindful is able to offer CEUs for nurses, CMEs for physicians, and CEs for California MFTs and LCSWs for the many of our classes. Please see our CME page for more information.
