Our Courses

eMindful offers a variety of courses in complementary medicine and personal growth. All classes are offered in eMindful's virtual classroom where you can see, hear, and interact with a live, expert teacher as well as other class participants.

eMindful has recently added new classes:

• Mindful Eating for Bariatric Patients - developed in collaboration with Duke Integrative Medicine's mindful eating researchers
• Mindful Awarness Program for ADHD - taught and co-developed by Lidia Zylowska, M.D., a mindfulness researcher at UCLA
• Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention - for substance abuse and addiction taught by Lisa Dale Miller, MFT
• Mind-Body MAX - taught by Dr. Roger Jahnke, bestselling author of The Healer Within and The Healing Promise of Qi

eMindful is able to offer CEUs for nurses, CMEs for physicians, and CEs for California MFTs and LCSWs for the many of our classes.
